Use this setting to determine when a user should be logged out due to inactivity. This timeout period is adjustable. Please note that the system will end the user’s session, logging them out, if the user’s IP address changes.
- Click Settings in the Main Menu.
- Click Database Maintenance.
- Click Global Timeout.
- Enter the length of time in minutes after which a user should be logged out due to inactivity.
- Click Save in the lower right.
