The system will end the user’s session if the user’s IP address changes, and also if no new links have been opened over a period of time. This timeout period is adjustable.
- Click Settings in the Main Menu.
- Click Database Maintenance.
- Click Global Timeout.
- Enter a length of time in minutes.
- Click Save in the lower right.
