The Change Log stores information about changes to a record’s field data. The Change Log is a tab located on Name, Company, and Position records.
Change Log Data #
Each Change Log entry contains the following information:
- Field Name that was changed
- Old Value stored in the field
- New Value stored in the field
- Date Changed
- User Name that made the change
Please note this feature is informative only. You cannot search for changes or run reports on this data.
When text does not fit in the value sections due to size you can click on the text to open a new window to view the entire value.
