- Click \u201cReports\u201d on the main toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the \u201cManage Custom Reports\u201d action icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the \u201cCustom Company Reports\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the \u201cAdd\u201d button to create a new report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the \u201cCustom Company Report Header\u201d section, replace the placeholder [[Report Title]] with your desired report name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose fields for inclusion in the Body Rows section:\n

- Click on the first cell and select the field you want to include in your report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Continue selecting fields from left to right and row by row. You can choose up to 24 fields, giving you control over the data to be displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Customize Header Rows:\n

- As you select a field, the field name will populate the Header Row cells. For example, you can change the header from “Company_Name” to “Client.”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Use Field Groups (Optional)\n

- In the “Field Groups” section, you can display a list of unique values for the selected field and a count of records with each unique value. For example, in this area you can select State field to show a breakdown of the number of records included in the report for each unique state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Include Totals (Optional)\n

- In the “Totals” area, you can include a count of how many records contain data in the selected field. For example, you can include Company Name to count the number of companies included in the report since all companies have a value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Save your Custom Company Report:\n

- Once you\u2019ve made all your selections and configured your report to your satisfaction, click \u201cSave.\u201d Your custom report will be accessible in the \u201cCompany Reports\u201d section under the Reports menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

- Click on “Reports” in the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Navigate to “Company Reports.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose the specific report by clicking on its name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Limit your report by either Name Rollup or Date Entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Use the Order By dropdown to select the field for sorting, and specify whether it should be in ascending or descending order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
