Creating a Custom Name Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n- Click \u201cReports\u201d on the main toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the \u201cManage Custom Reports\u201d action icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the \u201cCustom Name Reports\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the \u201cAdd\u201d button to create a new report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In the \u201cCustom Name Report Header\u201d section, replace the placeholder [[Report Title]] with your desired report name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

\n- In the “Field Groups” section, you can display a list of unique values for the selected field and a count of records with each unique value. - Include Totals (Optional)\n
\n- In the “Totals” area, you can include a count of how many records contain data in the selected field. For instance, you might use this to count the number of names included in the report if all name records have a value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Save your Custom Name Report:\n
