For a basic export of candidates based on a specific pipeline stage or date for a particular position, the Custom Pipeline Report is suitable. For more advanced features, such as filtering by current<\/em> pipeline status and grouping<\/em> to display only the candidate’s latest pipeline record for the specified position, we recommend using the Custom Applicant Tracking Report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a Custom Pipeline Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click \u201cReports\u201d on the main toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the \u201cManage Custom Reports\u201d action icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the \u201cCustom Pipeline Reports\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the \u201cAdd\u201d button to create a new report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the \u201cCustom Tracking Report\u201d section, replace the placeholder [[Report Title]] with your desired report name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Begin populating the cells in the “Body Rows” section by clicking on the first cell and choosing the desired field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Continue selecting fields from left to right and row to row, with the option to choose up to 18 fields. Keep in mind the field prefixes:\n
