Use this option to give full Admin rights to a user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Permission:<\/strong>\u00a0This setting restricts User access by blocking the User Name and Data Location areas of PCRecruiter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limited Admin:\u00a0<\/strong>This setting allows access to the Data Location section of PCRecruiter and restricts access to the User Name section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Records and Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0This setting is best used for Web Masters\/API Developers as it gives access to the Data Location and User Records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Locations Only:\u00a0<\/strong>This setting is best used for Web Masters\/API Developers as it gives access to the Data Location area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"companies\"><a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/records\/adding-companies\/\">Companies<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Records:\u00a0<\/strong>This refers to all Company Records as a whole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notes:\u00a0<\/strong>This refers to the Notes tab found in all Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Position Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Position Summary, Position Detail, Open, Filled, Time to Fill, Actively Recruiting, On Hold, and All Available\/Open Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pipeline Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Applicant Tracking, Candidate Timeline, Active Candidate Pipeline, Company Interview, Rollup Consolidation Detail, and Rollup Consolidation Summary Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Placement Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Permanent Hire Summary, Permanent Hire Source, Cost Per Hire Detail, Cost Per Hire Summary, Commission, and Hire Expense Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auditing Reports:<\/strong>\u00a0(These reports include the option of \u2018Current User\u2019, this option will allow a user to pull an Auditing Report for their own username) Ability to run\u00a0<em>Transaction<\/em>(legacy report), User Activity, Field Distributions, Activity Types Distribution, Posting, Metrics, and External Posting Referrer Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EEO Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Names Missing EEO Data, EEO Place, Employer Information (Applicant), Employer Information (Employee), EEO Source, EEO Data, Applicant Flow, and Internet Applicant Search Activity Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Contract\/Temp Reports (Legacy report):<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Expense, Timesheet Profit, Timesheet Summary, Invoice, Commission, Hour, and Place Reports.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web Extension Analytics:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Traffic Sources, Applicant Locations, and Candidate Falloff Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>Ability to run Summary User Security, Detailed User Security, Security Definition Key, Username Record, and Group Record Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom SQL Reports:\u00a0<\/strong>A user with SQL experience can create and run a custom SQL report in the database, this controls their ability to do so.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.pcrecruiter.com\/support\/tickets\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Main Sequence Support<\/a>\u00a0can also assist with creating a custom SQL Report (Additional fees where appropriate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Campaign Reports:<\/strong>\u00a0Ability to run Campaign Overview and Campaign Results Reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Export Reports:<\/strong>\u00a0Allows user to export reports to Excel or Google sheets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"other\">Other<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/searching\/activity-search\/\">Activity Search<\/a>\u00a0Security:<\/strong>\u00a0This controls whether the User is able to search other User activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Commissions \/ Costs (Legacy Feature): This dictates whether a User may view and add Transactions to Company, Name and Position records.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Share Schedule:<\/strong>\u00a0This governs whether this User\u2019s schedule may be viewed by other Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/activities\/schedule\/\">Scheduling:<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0This controls how a user may interact with the schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/lists\/working-inside-of-rollup-lists\/\">Rollup Lists:<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0This governs whether and how a User may use Rollups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interviews:<\/strong>\u00a0This governs whether a User may add, save, or delete Interview (<a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/pipeline\/viewing-the-pipeline\/\">Pipeline<\/a>) records. This security permission must be set to at least add\/save to link name records to a position or move them through the Pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Keyword \/ System Tables(Currently Unavailable: This governs whether a User may access the Keyword section under the System Tab.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SQL Workbench:<\/strong>\u00a0Ability for a User to access the SQL Workbench section under the System Tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/communication\/form-letters\/\">Form Letters:<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0This governs how a User\u00a0may interact with Form Letters (email templates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Fields:<\/strong>\u00a0This governs whether a user may access the custom fields columns in a search grid for Company, Name, or Position records. They will not be able to view any results for those records if any non-predefined field columns are present in their layout. Note: This security is not related to creating Custom Fields under System. tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Account is Disabled:<\/strong> Use this to prohibit access to PCRecruiter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account is Locked Out:<\/strong> Once a user reaches the maximum number of login attempts their account becomes locked out, uncheck this box to unlock their account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Must Change Password at next Logon: <\/strong> Use this to force a password change for this User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Cannot Change Password:<\/strong> Use this to remove the ability to change a password on the MyPCR screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password Expires: <\/strong> Enables the ability to set a password expiration timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two Factor Authentication Setup<\/strong>: 2FA requires the user to have both their username and password, and access to an additional account or device to verify their identity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2-Factor Authentication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Two-Factor Authentication (otherwise known as 2FA) adds a second layer of security beyond the password for logging into PCRecruiter. It requires the user to have both their username and password and access to an additional account or device to verify their identity. This feature will affect login to the PCRecruiter Web, PCRecruiter Mobile, PCR for Google, and PCR for Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Administrative user in PCR will have to activate 2FA for each username individually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2FA Setup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify that your database has a working general SMTP account in the <a href=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/communication\/database-outgoing-mail-setup\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"5609\">Outgoing Mail Settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>System<\/strong> in the Main Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a Username<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Security<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Security Policy<\/strong> section, if it isn&#8217;t already expanded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Two Factor Authentication Setup<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check <strong>Enable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check any or all of the different methods you would like to allow that user to use for receiving authentication codes (described below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"989\" height=\"743\" src=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/12\/Two-Factor-Authentication-PCR10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15136\" style=\"width:596px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/12\/Two-Factor-Authentication-PCR10.png 989w, https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/12\/Two-Factor-Authentication-PCR10-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/12\/Two-Factor-Authentication-PCR10-768x577.png 768w, https:\/\/learnsuite.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2024\/12\/Two-Factor-Authentication-PCR10-360x270.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 989px) 100vw, 989px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The next time that user attempts to log in, they will be prompted with the 2FA Login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functionality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon entering the correct Username and Password combination the user will be prompted to select from the available Authentication Methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A numerical Authentication Code will be sent to their email or app as selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After entering the Code they will be allowed to log in to PCRecruiter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methods of Receiving Authentication Codes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this method, PCRecruiter will send an email containing a 7-digit numeric code to the Email Address stored in the User Record.&nbsp; (System &gt; Users &gt; Manage Users &gt; Username &gt; Information &gt; Contact Information &gt; Email Address)&nbsp; The user will have five minutes in which to enter the code in order to complete the login process. The email address is used as the alternate authentication method if the other options have been turned on but not connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Push Notifications<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this method, PCRecruiter will send a code via Push Notification to the PCRecruiter mobile app. The user must have successfully logged into the PCRecruiter App at least once for this method to work. The app does not need to be open to receive the code, but the app&#8217;s notifications must be enabled. If the app&#8217;s cache has been cleared or the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, the user must log in again before 2FA will work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authenticator App<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this method, PCRecruiter will prompt for a numeric code generated by an associated Authenticator App or browser extension, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/1066447?hl=en&amp;co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Authenticator<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To establish the initial connection with an app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Configuration Gear<\/strong> icon at the far right of the Main Menu frame in PCRecruiter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add to Authenticator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the <strong>Add<\/strong> option in the authenticator app of your choice to take a picture of the QR code presented on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A &#8220;Reset&#8221; button is available on the 2FA Setup screen.
