If you want to restore candidate records, letters, attachments, or other deleted items, any user with administrator access can do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To restore deleted items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span>Click the <strong>Settings <\/strong>icon on the Main Toolbar.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span>Click <strong>Data Management<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Recycling Bin<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span>There are filters for Date Range, Record Type, User Name, and also a description search box to narrow down your results.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span>Click the<strong> Restore<\/strong> link to restore a record<\/span>. Records can only be restored individually from the recycling bin. If you require a bulk restoration of records, contact the PCRecruiter support team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the checkbox column to <span>Select record<\/span>s to remove from the database entirely. Once selected,<span> click the <strong>Delete Permanently<\/strong> button.
