- Copy to Company<\/strong> \u2014 <\/span> Creates an additional activity on the Company record that the name is attached to<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Place on Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 <\/span> Automatically place every activity made on your schedule<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Add Alarm<\/strong> \u2014 <\/span>Prompts an alarm to appear at the time designated by the Alarm Increment option if desired<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Alarm Notification<\/strong> \u2014<\/span> How long before the activity an alarm will appear<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Create Separate Follow-Up Activity<\/strong> \u2014 Selects the option to create a separate activity for follow-up (rather than it appearing in the activity text box)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow-Up Activity Type<\/strong> \u2014 You must use this option when using \u201cCreate Separate Follow-Up Activity\u201d. This dictates the additional activity that is written<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Color Coding is a great way to keep Activity Types and Schedule appointments visually organized. These can be configured from two different screens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- From the Schedule:\n

- Select Schedules <\/strong>from the main menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the Add<\/strong> option in the lower frame to open the Add Appointment popup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the ‘gear’ icon at the lower left corner of the popup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- From the Activity Defaults:\n

- Open <\/strong>any Name, Company, or Position<\/span> record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the Add <\/strong>dropdown at the top right of the record and select Activity<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

Once you are viewing the Event Types<\/strong> window:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Enter a label (e.g. Phone Screen, Initial Contact, Call Plan, Lunch, Out of Office, etc.) for any Type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Drag the items into your desired order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
These colors will now be available in your Activity and Schedule screens.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
