Placement Letters enable you to create email templates with placement details. Once created, you can easily send them directly from the placement record or automate sending immediately or within a set timeframe after saving the placement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placement emails are primarily used for sending placement information to candidates, such as start date or information needed by the employer .
Creating Placement Emails:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click System on main toolbar and select Form Letters<\/a> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Placement Letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Add Letter action button in the action menu (plus sign icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Name the document. The name provided auto-populates as the subject of the email. Do not use symbols in the name of the letter.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Type content of the email into the Text box. The toolbar within the Text area provides features for creating the Form Letter:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click SAVE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. New Document<\/strong> button to remove existing text and start a new letter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Open Document<\/strong> button to find and upload a file on your computer to the PCRecruiter Form Letter area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Save Document<\/strong> button to save a copy of the letter to your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Print<\/strong> button to send the letter to your printer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Cut, Copy, or Paste<\/strong> buttons to transfer content to and from your clipboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Left Justify, Center, and Right Justify<\/strong> buttons to align selected letter content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Format Paragraph<\/strong> to create headings, numbered lists, and ordered lists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Bold, Underline, and Italics<\/strong> buttons to format text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Insert Picture<\/strong> icon to include images.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Insert Fields<\/strong> button to insert date, field data, signature, links to profiles, and interview details<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
