The Zoom Phone integration allows for users to set up Zoom as their auto dialer for use inside of your database. This will act as a direct integration for all calls prompted within the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration will write incoming and outgoing call activities done directly from your Zoom app or when using the click to dial option inside of your database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the phone number must exists inside of PCR in order for the activities to write automatically. Additionally, you will need need a paid Zoom account<\/strong> to use this integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this time, Zoom only supports voice dialing out of PCR and not SMS integrations. If you’re interested in having SMS capabilities check out our RingCentral<\/a> integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the integration is not currently available when utilizing Safari from a device using MacOS. In order to utilize this integration on a Mac you will need to work out of the Google Chrome browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoom Setup Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Zoom integration Feature must be installed in your database. If you do not see this option please contact your account representative or support<\/a> to get that feature turned on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turning on the Zoom Dialer in the database<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Initial Authentication of Zoom with PCRecruiter must be done twice for each user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. First, the Zoom integration must be authenticated from the User Record which can only be done by an Admin User<\/strong>. This allows automatic Activity sync to occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to the Users<\/strong> section under Settings<\/strong> (Gear icon in the bottom left corner). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Manage Users.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the Admin’s Username<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      1. Under Contact Information<\/strong> click on the Gear Icon<\/strong> to the right of the Contact Phone field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click the Zoom<\/strong> option on the left side of the pop up window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Authenticate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        1. In the pop up window, sign in<\/strong> using your Zoom Credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

          1. Click the Allow Checkbox<\/strong> and click Allow <\/strong>at the bottom of the window to give PCR access to use the Zoom dialer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

            1. Click save.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. This will allow all users in your database to access the Zoom authentication from their account. If you need to set up your own account you will need to sign out and sign back in to be prompted to login to Zoom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Because the User Record area is not accessible to non-admin users, the first authentication will require that you do one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
