PCRecruiter\u2019s Google Voice integration allows users to click to dial via a PCRecruiter record. Using this functionality will record outbound activities to the records. You must have a Google Voice account (Create one here<\/a>) and be working in a Chrome browser.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Install the PCR Google Voice app here<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the extension from your Chrome toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose Configure<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your phone number including a leading \u2018+\u2019. This phone number is the number you have chosen to forward your calls to when signing up for Google Voice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    An admin user will need to enable the Hyperlink phone dialing ability for your username. They will need to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select Settings from the bottom left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose Manage Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the username attempting to use Google Voice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click the gear icon next to the Contact Phone field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Choose the Hyperlink charm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Change the toggle to ON.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Save when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Calling via the app<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can manually input a phone number you wish to call via the PCR Google Voice app. (This will not write an activity in your database and should only be used for testing)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the extension from your Chrome toolbar<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Choose Dia<\/span>l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Enter the desired phone number (This cannot be your phone number)<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Choose Dial<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Calling or Texting<\/span> inside of PCRM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The SMS icon is not compatible with Google Voice. Always click the Phone icon and an activity window will open with the “dial or text using Google Voice” action buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
